By using MedZo's services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
MedZo provides medical practice management services including billing support, scheduling, and administrative assistance to healthcare practices across Australia. Service scope and features are defined in your service agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use MedZo services in compliance with Australian law and relevant healthcare regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through MedZo are owned by MedZo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MedZo's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to MedZo services will cease and outstanding fees become immediately payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
